Do you offer unlimited mileage?
Yes! Enjoy the freedom of unlimited miles with every rental—no hidden fees!

Reservations & Rental Process

How do I make a reservation?
Making a reservation is quick and easy on our user-friendly website. Full payment is required to secure your rental. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are also required. For long-term rental solutions, email us at support@rearviewrentals.com for a customized quote.

Who do you rent vans to?
We rent to individuals, businesses, churches, colleges, sports teams, event groups, and more.

Do I have to meet someone to get my van?
No, RearView Rentals operates mostly contactless. Upon renting a Ford Transit, you’ll receive a van number and an access code before pickup. Even if the van is delivered, you’ll still use a code for entry.

Why do I have to select two days if I only need a van for one day?
Our system requires both a pickup date and a drop-off date, similar to a hotel stay.

  • Pickup: Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • Drop-Off: Anytime between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Late drop-offs will incur a full day's rental charge. If running late, please notify us.

Insurance & Liability

Can I buy extra insurance for my rental?
RearView Rentals offers an innovative cost-saving insurance structure. It is the renter’s responsibility to confirm whether their insurance covers rentals. If your insurance is insufficient, you will be legally liable for all damage. Our insurance only acts as secondary coverage after your policy.

Delivery, Collection & Airport Rentals

Do you offer van delivery and collection?
We offer delivery and collection within a 20-mile radius for $75 each way. Your location may not have delivery and collection available based on staffing—call or email to inquire. If the system does not allow you to select delivery, we do not provide it in your area. Long-term rentals within this radius qualify for free delivery and collection.

Do you provide a shuttle service from the airport?
No, we do not provide a shuttle service. However:

  • We can drop off your rental van at the Tri-Cities Airport in a designated lot for contactless pickup.
  • If we do not deliver to your area, you can take a ride-share or taxi to one of our rental locations.
  • If your van is parked at an airport, you are responsible for all parking fees. These fees will be charged to the card on file if necessary.

Fuel, Fees & Additional Charges

What if I don’t want to refuel the vehicle?
You can prepay for our Fuel Top Off Service at checkout. If you return the van without a full tank and did not prepay for fuel, you will be charged a $25 inconvenience fee in addition to refueling costs.

Rental Policies & Additional Options

Is there a minimum age to rent?
Yes, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

What types of vans do you have?
We specialize in Ford Transit 15-passenger vans in low, medium, and high-roof configurations. We also offer a luxurious Mercedes Ultimate Coach 10-passenger van for special occasions, corporate events, and VIP travel.

What condition are the vans in?
Our vans are meticulously maintained for your safety and comfort. Each vehicle is cleaned and inspected after every rental.

We have three locations:

Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer deep discounts for long-term rentals. Contact us for a custom quote.

Do you have long-term rental rates?
Yes! We offer discounted monthly and yearly rental rates. Visit our website or request a quote for 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year rentals.

Do you offer one-way rentals?
No, we do not offer one-way rentals outside of our service area.

Can I drop the van off anywhere?
Vans must be returned to one of our locations unless you arrange pickup for an additional fee within our service radius.

Are rentals tax-exempt?
Tax exemption is available for qualifying organizations. You must provide a valid tax-exempt certificate before booking. Taxes cannot be refunded after a reservation is completed.
